biogr.id syncs your most recent Instagram posts so you can choose which to link — up to 3 on Free, up to 450 on Premium — giving you a much larger pool to pick from on Premium.
Up to 3 simultaneously-linked posts on Free; unlimited on Premium.
Your plan status refreshes automatically, but if it hasn’t updated yet, use the Refresh action in your dashboard (or reload the page) to re-sync your current plan from your account.
No. biogr.id is a single plugin. Free and Premium are the same install — upgrading simply unlocks additional capacity and features on your existing connection.
Click Upgrade from the sidebar or from any locked feature in the dashboard — this opens the subscription flow directly inside WordPress. Once your payment is confirmed, your plan updates automatically; no separate plugin download or reinstall is needed.

Deactivating hides your bio page from visitors but keeps all your settings and linked posts intact — reactivating restores everything immediately. Deleting the plugin removes the plugin files, but your configuration and linked-post data remain in your WordPress database unless you remove them yourself.
On the Free plan, you choose one WordPress post type (posts, pages, or any single custom post type) for your bio page. Premium lets you link Instagram posts across multiple post types at once.
No. biogr.id connects through Instagram Login — you authorize it by logging in to Instagram itself, with no Facebook Page or Business Manager account involved.
Accounts that were connected through the older Facebook-based flow continue to work exactly as they are; there is nothing you need to change.
Open the biogr.id settings in your WordPress dashboard and choose Connect Instagram. You’ll be taken to Instagram to log in and authorize biogr.id, then returned to your dashboard. Once connected, your recent Instagram posts appear in the Grid Manager, ready to link to WordPress content.
