How do I connect my Instagram account to biogr.id?

Accepted Answer

Go to the biogr.id settings in your WordPress dashboard and connect through Facebook Business integration — biogr.id uses the official Instagram Graph API, so your Instagram account needs to be linked to a Facebook Page/Business account to authorize the connection. Once connected, your recent Instagram posts appear in the Grid Manager, ready to link to WordPress content.

Do I need a Facebook Business account to use biogr.id?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Instagram’s Graph API (which biogr.id uses to fetch your posts) requires your Instagram account to be connected through Facebook Business integration. This is an Instagram/Meta requirement, not a biogr.id limitation.

How many Instagram posts can I link to WordPress content?

Up to 3 simultaneously-linked posts on Free; unlimited on Premium.

How many Instagram posts show up in the Grid Manager?

Accepted Answer

biogr.id syncs your most recent Instagram posts so you can choose which to link — up to 3 on Free, up to 450 on Premium — giving you a much larger pool to pick from on Premium.
