Accepted Answer

Use the Refresh action in the Grid Manager to re-sync from Instagram. If posts still don’t appear, reconnect your Instagram account from Settings — access tokens can occasionally need to be re-authorized.

I’m seeing a session/expired error in the dashboard.

Accepted Answer

WordPress security tokens (nonces) expire after a period of inactivity — simply reload the dashboard page and try again.

What data does biogr.id access from my Instagram account?

Accepted Answer

Only what’s needed to display your public posts on your bio page — post media, captions, and permalinks, via Instagram’s official Graph API. biogr.id does not access private messages or account credentials.
